A blast from the past
My seller purchased Appledale Ave. as a single woman in 1965. So many memories have been made here, and selling her home of over 50 years has been an emotional journey for her.
"Grandma Jenny" is so nostalgic, she wanted to save her original house key, and asked if she could have one of our listing flyers to frame as a keepsake.
I commissioned this hand drawn painting of her beloved home and she was so excited to be able to treasure it and hang it in her home.
